For me personally the rate seems to have decreased. Two examples

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Banshees - rate pre new trails 1 in 100 kills, after new trails 1 in 200

 

 

 

Tribesman - rate pre new trails 1 in 100, after new trails it took me 400 kills to get just one.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

However, it could be that my luck skill has been decreased as IMO its all down to luck anyway. (Now thats an idea - how about a new skill called Luck........)
