meb
from what I've heard, it is one of the best moneymakers ingame. A rune miner should be able to give you more information on this matter though. Retired 2146 overall - 136 combat - 6 skillcapes Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks. transcript80
All skills are worth training! Mining rune is risky business. Might be worth the trouble, but if you want to make money from mining, you'd better mine iron or coal, because you can mine it looooong before lvl85. Other data was removed when acoount got hacked... jjrox32
You can make 1-2m per day with 85 mining. Considering that 100 ores= 1.2m, it's a proftitable skill, yet very boring to train quickly. To sell them, go to world 1, east fally bank. P.S. To mine the ores, you have to world hop to mine quickly.

tripsis
I'm sure it's well worth it if you're in a good time-zone. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=585639 Try checking out that guide. I only skimmed it, but it certainly worked well for the author (rune mining guide). Personally, even if it weren't good money I'd get it anyway. You're pretty close already, I almost see it a bit silly to not finish it off :P At least that way you know that if you ever decide to get high smithing as well, you can mine your own rune :P \ - 99 fletching | 99 thieving | 99 construction | 99 herblore | 99 smithing | 99 woodcutting - - 99 runecrafting - 99 prayer - 125 combat - 95 farming - - Blog - DeviantART - Book Reviews & Blog

aznmidget448
If you're f2p, do it. I suggest you either pay someone to scout for you so that you don't get stuck between a pker and the rock. Either that or create a level 3 and log it in at the rune rocks first to see if there are any pkers. If it's clear, the switch accounts and mine away. This is actually really good money according to my friend. Supposedly you're supposed to be able to get enough cash to buy a santa after a week :wall: :wall: :wall:
Randomnameless
If you are f2p, which i don't think you are because of some of your stats than it is an okay money maker, one of the better one, but you still expose yourself to risk by going out in the wildy. If you are p2p than there is one other mining area to get rune. Either way i suggest you get it.

reversal
Mining rune ore is good for the following reasons: No macros High Profit: 11.5k to 12k, 100k-200k per hour from my exp Rune mining is bad for the following reasons: At least 10k+ players already can mine rune. Rune ores respawn takes at most 20 mins to 10 mins (estimates) Pkers, I'd say roughly 1 every 5 to 7 world changes and you'll find one I would strongly suggest not to powermine. Why? Basically you're wasting a lot of ore for nothing. It is roughly 3.2 mill xp to get to 85 mining from lv 1. As an illustration, in terms of coal, that's 64k coal would can sell for at least 11 mill easily. Personally I only powermined for the last 20k xp. When you do get to lv 85 mining, use 2 scouts, preferably lv 40+ because there are even low lv pkers looking to kill scouts. Most players recommend placing them in the maze across from the ores, which is bad because pkers know this already. For the miner, bring food and bind runes. For armor i would suggest g dragonhide, gives u some armor and light enough to run away. Note g dragonhide will reduce the chance of successfully binding pkers. ddaanniiellh
its definitely worth it for money, but depending on ur luck with pkers, you could lose a lot especially if you're full with rune ores : 1437 : 173Lowest Combat to 1,000 Total in F2P (23 Combat)Check me out on YouTube!
