jjrox32
I know that 44 rc can make you at least 300k per hour, so I'm trying to get it to fuel other skills. Right now, I have enough ess to get myself to 44 rc, but my resources are limited. That means no access to the abyss, and no rings of dueling. What would be the fastest xp per hour at 28 rc? I was thinking bodies or fires. I'm aiming for about 1k ess crafted per day.
mchainmail
bodies are fastest, but waste a lot of money.
pedrahm5
airs or fires. they're about the same distance from banks (if you are p2p), fires give more exp, but airs sell for more gp. If you're f2p, then definately airs.
jjrox32
I'm p2p. I'm looking for xp, not money.
pedrahm5
then the fastest exp at 28 rc is fire runes. using the duel arena bank, it should be about 30 seconds to the alter according to a rcing guide on another site.
tripsis
I'm surprised that you can't buy like.. 20 rings of dueling or so :? Meh, but whatever. As a few other people suggested, make Fire Runes. That's how I got to 44  F2P actually, so I didn't use dueling rings either :P But if you can manage to get a few, then it's worth it. They speed up the process a lot! I know, I tried that method after I bought a bunch of dueling rings. It was so fast, I went from 14-28 rc in like 1 hour... Normally I could afford 20 rings of dueling, but I have about 40k right now(i bought my friends christmas presents, as well as payed for a party.. never again  )

aznmidget448
If you have enough money, then world 16 air runes. Pay people 2k to bring you 25 unnoted ess. You trade them 2k and 25 noted ess back. There are always a lot of people there so you get constant xp. The only problem is that you lose a lot of money to this. Doomster
Ess or Pure ess? If pure ess, then do not waste it on F2P craftable runes, trade some and you should be able to buy 3:1 (or more) of "common" ess back with the proceeds.

I know how the runners work, I just don't have the cash. If I had that kind of money to spare right now, then I would invest in rings of dueling for better xp while fire crafting.
