Probably because it's so useful :D The prices aren't exactly stable. They'll rise and fall depending on how merchanters feel. :P

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

As for ranger boots, a lot of people use them when trying to get the fire cape and for other things too. I guess it could also be ther ranged pures in wildy and duel arenas...

Then again, it just doesn't quite make sense because it was high priced and kept dropping, was stable around 12m, then around 10m a few months later, and then falling to 8.3m which is when I bought my set, then fell to 8m, and it's now up to 9m and still rising, just all of a sudden.

go to pc on a good team and stand around the void knight. constant range/melee pures.

Well... many pures with high range are not simply pure rangers. Meleers also use d hide.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Besides, rangers own. Unless a meleer comes along and tears through the armor, rangers are very efficient. In fact, I HAVE seen rangers totally owning meleers. Simply because the ranger is faster and can do decent amounts of damage constantly. Can meleers hit CONSTANT 13s? Yes, they hit much higher than that. But to keep a rate of 13 13 13 maybe 15 then mroe 13s... thats quite damaging there.
