December 26, 200619 yr A Martini in hand, a raised eyebrow. It can only be Bond, James Bond. What's your favourite and why? Well mine has to be Goldfinger, it's got the best Bond in it (Sean Connery) and of course the best villain, Bond may say at the beginning 'sounds like a french nail varnish' but Auric Goldfinger certainly is a very good villain. I think it's a pretty good storyline to, if a bit far fetched how can blowing up fort knox not be cool? It may be one of the earlier Bond's but it certainly revolutionized the way they're set especially with the car chases and of course the lasers that almost zap bond to pieces (simpsons spoof cough). Who can forget the gold woman either. And [kitty] Galore, one of my favourite bond girls Also one of my favourite songs is "Goldfinger" by Shirley Bassey, really well sung and good lyrics. Saying all this I really like 'A View To A Kill" and "Live And Let Die" aswell. So whats your favourite Bond? Oh and we all liked Casino Royale, but if you do, try and write a more detailed response than "Daniel Craig is t3h h0tz0rz" like many of the imdb comments consist of
December 26, 200619 yr Hands down Licence to Kill; Casino Royale and Man With The Golden Gun tie for Second. Why LTK? Purely because it actually brought bond back to life (much like Craig does in CR); but it was more "dark" if you will; more towards how all the Bond movies should've been. And unlike (most) of the movies before it - the villan isn't some genius wanting to take over the world - just a drug lord who messed with Bond's best mate (and wife). Nothing like a bit of cold revenge to show Bond in his true light. Then again with MWTGG; simple villan, the two simply cross paths. Although, Moores "witty" comments take away from what could've been something similar to LTK, in terms of showing Bonds nature. CR, nothing like a movie to show how one man ends up being who he is. Craig really puts it down and effectively gets the Bond persona out there, as it should be.
December 26, 200619 yr Author Yeah I like Timothy Dalton as Bond, I think he only did two? But I enjoyed both the movies he played in. Haha I remember that cool death by the decompression chamber, then the villain says something like 'laundry it', without puns where would Bond films be?
December 26, 200619 yr My favorite has to be GoldenEye. I like all of the Bond movies with Pierce Brosnan, but GoldenEye I think was the best one. Plus, the N64 game was the sh*t. I still have to go see Casino Royale. It's gonna be pretty weird not seeing Brosnan as Bond. 122 Combat : 99 Hits : 99 Attack : 99 Strength97/99 Defence : 99 Fletching : 99 Woodcutting
December 26, 200619 yr I guess, Octopu$$y (censor >.>), followed by Casino Royale, Goldeneye and the Man with the Golden Gun. I guess it's a bit of a youth sentiment, because Octopu$$y has got so much stupid things in it. But the opening with the Clown does it, I really love the opening. :P Signature by Maurice SendakWhen the stars make you drool just like a pasta fazool, that's amore!
December 26, 200619 yr I liked Die Another Day, though I am no Bond enthusiast, nor have I seen them all. :?
December 28, 200619 yr I have to say I have seen a lot of Bonds and I don't know which I like the most, but I just recently saw Casino Royale and it kicked [wagon]! \
