Just a quick job, only took about 10 mins so its not that good... just shows what you can do with a good palete though... Also i think that you need to change where you are placeing your highlights... I think the middle not the edge of the nose should be highlighted... Just concentrate on making the character as smooth as possible.. AAing is your friend : I did shadow slightly to suggest that the top was over the trousers and a bit on his chin and on hands but it really isn't necissery for what you're trying to do. here's it zoomed in for the lazy..
