Are you just saying "(except hypercam)" to avoid being told to look at the sticky? Honestly, read through other topics about the same question. Camstadia, Fraps...

The sticky was put there for a reason. Go use it.

No excuse for not checking sticky or search enginge! Rarw!! STICKY NAMES 5, 3 windows and 2 mac, programs as alternatives to hypercam!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I think some sort of program called "fraps" can also do it, and Camtusia is only a 30 day trial for a pretty good program.

http://www.camstudio.org/ - the best free option, Choice of compression, I'd suggest Alparysoft, Lagarith, MSU or Camstudios own lossless.

The sticky was put up to keep posts like these from being made. There have been numerous posts asking the same thing over and over. If people would bother to read the sticky, they would see it also lists several other screen recorders in the thread.

Fraps does work for rs, I'm pretty sure.

 

 

 

i don't use Hypercam, i can never find the correct settings. always either, too slow or too fast.

 

 

 

Camtasia is a good option if you got a fast running system, but it can cause lag for slower machines.

This is why stickies were made. Use them.
