Bmms
y not just hit the print screen button or better yet hold alt and hit print screen it will take a picture of what ever applcation that you are currently using say i hold alt and hi print screen, it would take a picture of the whole firefox window and only the fire fox window? is that what you mean? Rednik
Thanks greenslime... And you other guys... Why would it be easier to take a print screen and then crop it instead of having a program that just takes a screenshot of the part that you actually want. Geez. Cruiser
Thanks greenslime... And you other guys... Why would it be easier to take a print screen and then crop it instead of having a program that just takes a screenshot of the part that you actually want. Geez. Because sometimes it's just plain faster to do 2 steps than to waste hours searching the net for a program that does it for you. In the 2 hours you waited for these replys you could have shot and cropped 100+ screenshots.
weezcake
I know that gimp does this for you. I have no idea how to use it, but my friend used it last year for his computer class. http://www.gimp.org/ ==================================Retired tip.it moderator.Teaching and inspiring. dsavi
Use a program called Snagit, it can take the code from, take a video of, or a screenshot of a certein area. It's really good and also has a pic editing program that is not as good as PSP but 10 times as good as paint.
