Lonk41
yes, why what's wrong? AVG just wipes it away and something comes up and says: virus has been detected, and something about it now been deleted. That was just some guy joking on the forums here, and an admin thought it was for real and removed his signature :S I have seen numerous people around on forums with these in their signatures it is ridiculous. Majority of people don't look in the left hand corner of the screen and notice the url. Chances are you don't have one, but Poiuytreza2, regardless of whether he was joking it is not acceptable to post links like that at all. It's childish. lobsta
One of the best ways to scan for Key Loggers or other virus's is to put the computer into safe mode and then run a scan. I have only used norton, so Im not sure if its applicable for other software programmes. Start - Run - (type 'msconfig') - (click on) boot.ini - check '/SAFEBOOT' box, restart computer and when booted up jus run a scan. Takes a bit longer to scan. When your done, jus repeat the process but uncheck the /safeboot box.
Mercifull
Or you can simply press F8 during startup to load into safemode...
