If you want loot then the best training monster, lootwise, for a F2P player is a Lesser Demon. You could also try Ice and Moss giants. If you want fast exp, then I suggest lower level, frequently spawning monsters. Monsters in the Stronghold of Security are ideal for that. They spawn frequently in small rooms and some will even auto-attack. The idea is to be killing constantly, nonstop. Try the minotaurs. Hope this helps

Hope this helps i wouldn't try minotaurs i'd try the flesh crawlers or the lvl 50spiders these are great exp but if you want loot i don't think there is much choise because f2p monsters don't drop anything great except for greaters in wildy and the lesser demons

He would have to stop for more food breaks if he went for the higher level monsters. With the lower level monsters he could fight for days without stopping for food. Since exp is earned based on the hit done and not, directly, on the monster's level, as long as he's hitting constanly, he's earning good exp. With the crowded SoS rooms, exp can be earned continously.
January 17, 200719 yr flesh crawlers don't hit very much just take a load of tuna or other food with you and he can stay there a long time to. I trained a long time on them and with his stats that won't be a problem at all

Easy, 86/2 = 43. kill a level 43 or 44 monster that is agressive (auto-attack you) They will attack you for 10 minutes without your need to be costantly using your mouse. Just make sure not to logout while training: - chat with friends and pickup the good drops. A level 43 or 44 monster usualy don't do much damage on you and he will be a easy kill.

IIRC, some of the monsters in the SoS will auto-attack you even if they are under the CombatLevel/2 limit. So yeah, you're right, it makes for easy training.
January 17, 200719 yr Your forgetting the best monster of all... Rock Crabs!!! They have 50 hp thats 200 exp per kill they are aggressive for about 20 mins then you have to run off and fight them again You can get about 20k exp an hour or more Luck be a Lady
January 17, 200719 yr i recommend the magic axes in lvl 52 wildy or w/e, near the mage bank. Just take weapon, rune plate and legs, and a full invo of any food, and you can stay there for hours. It got me 65-70 attack...
