A question about woodcutting & firemaking...

I am thinking about cutting willows to 99 woodcutting and then burning for 99 firemaking.

 

 

 

Would it be quicker/easier to either:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Burn as I go along.

 

 

 

Bank 1k, burn 1k.

 

 

 

Bank all, burn all.

Well, option #1 would be slightly faster since you spend no time banking.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I suggest you do option #1 or #2 just to break up the monotony.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I fourth option would be to drop the logs as you cut until 99 WC

 

 

 

and then buy willows from the store for 12 gp each for 99 FM.

 

 

 

Wasteful of cash, but it would get you to 99 WC fastest.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, you will need 161693 Willows for 99 WC but only 141737 Willows for 99 FM.

 

 

 

So, you could just drop about 20000 Willows as you cut them and still reach your goals.

If you are going for 99 WC then i would do willows, they are faster xp. But in my oppinion i would bank all then burn all.

I would stock up on logs then burn. Best place I like to burn in lines is outside the Port Phastasm(sp?) bank.

if u r saving time then option 1 will be the best, since u dont have to go to bankand bank them....And widraw and burn them. O:)

If you can find a good fireline, burn where you cut - for F2P, the willows at Port Sarim have a good line (about 25 long) passing in front of the bar, with a rather shorter line on the decking by Redbeard.
