Around 20+. I sometimes safespot range and get mine up to even 40 if I feel lazy. I once got 500 chaos in 1 trip and the regular amounts of runes. Yet I don't care about items, just for the runes and exp.

Leesters made a post a while back that 20-30kc greatly increases your chance of an item as opposed to 10-20kc. He proved it with facts. The difference was something like 1 per 18 trips to 1 per 12 trips. Ill see if i can find the link.

It's still not fact, it could have been nothing but luck for those runes.

I get my best luck at 12.

Yeah, I kinda messed up that formula. I used number of trips instead of number of barrow items. 1000 was a good number for statistical proof. But you need items, not trips, to make the margin of error formula.

So I was wrong.

my kill counts noramly 20 and iv had quite a few good items as of late

I just get in and out as fast as I can. So the majority of the time my kill count is only 6.

ty for all this info guys. i got stressed last night and sold my veracs because i did like 19 trips with no items :( Im close to 80 mage so im ganna go there and try 16 kill count as a few people said it was good.

i have gotten any where from 7-30 kc and after 68 trips a karils coif and thats all

I don't get a certain killcount; I get 10 and then heal with guthans. This usually means 12-15 but I've had 30 kc. And my drops are awful no matter what the kill count is.

i once made my killcount up to 100 and didnt get much of anything. i found that killing bloodworms gets me bloods and death runes, if i dont kill anything but the brothers i usually get a ton of minds.

11 is my lucky number, its the kc where i got my ahrim hood and torag plate all in a row :lol:

Lol, I was going to ask you about that. Got scared by all the stat people, me having only taken a basic stat class a year ago, but 700 trips didn't seem like it would supply anywhere close to the number of items for a proper sample size :lol: .
