I have 85 attack and 84 strength so lets see.. 85 x 0.20 = 17 ... making my new attack level vs undead 102. 84 x 0.20 = 16.8 ... making my new strength lvl vs undead 100. :-k Hmmm need to get 85 strength. Plus thats not counting the bax.. which would add another 16 levels making me having 117 strength.. and if i use the 15% prayer that would boost my strength up too.. 130. Similar for strength. Incorrect. 85 attack is my base level, not with the adittional 15% caculated in. So instead of calculating in the 15%, its now 20%. January 23, 200719 yr No. Can I attempt to correct some misunderstandings? The first haunted mine quest gave a salve amulet which gave +15% attack and str bonus when fighting undead. This new update allows you to enchant that amulet further, causing a 20% attack and str bonus. It's not 5%, it's a 5% IMPROVEMENT over the old one. So his calculation using 0.2 is right on the money. You act like the game community is like the stinking bowels of hell.... In all reality.. its much.. much... worse.
January 23, 200719 yr The original ammy (not enchanted) gives 15% The new, enchanted one gives 20%. Is that clear enough? The 5% is just a comparison tool... It would be coming from the original bonuses of the salve ammy: as stated before, it gives +5% EXTRA, which brings the cumulative total to 20%. Noted raw mackerel drop... Wtfh?
