Woodcutting Yews

Featured Replies

Using a Dragon Axe at 80 Woodcutting, how many minutes would it take to get a full inventory? Also, would cutting 1k per day be an achievable goal (playing 3 - 5 hours)?

i guess you can achieve 1k yews a day - it all depends on the "quality" time you stay in the game!

regards the timing of each inventry..although im not good in timing things..it would also depend on how many people (macros...) are there cutting the same tree as you are

(sidenote) if your looking for cash cut yews if for xp go for willows.

By quality time, do you mean time that I'm focusing on the game?

I'm looking for both really. If I should cut willows, how many could a get in per day(say playing 3-5 hours) ?

with yews your looking at getting 1k a day with coparative ease.

quality time is when ure in the game doing something... not doing nothing for exmaple: following your friend and vice versa :P

as i said .. im not good in timing .. though with willows you wont get alot of cash compared to yews..but XP is much better.. sorry for not being able to give a particualr figure :?

Thats good. A d axe on yews with 80+ wc is very fast,

i think u get like 700-800 yews per day

GOOD LUCK

I rarely ever stand around and do nothing, timing I guess doesn't really matter much to me if I can get 1k Yews. If I cut the Yews, I'll get Fletching exp as well.

A more down-to-earth answer, thank you. Were you using just a Rune Axe though? I forgot, were did you cut them?

Getting 1k yews is too much in just 3-5 hours. I can only get 100+ in just 1 hour. Probably more if you are on your own cutting.

No longer playing Runescape, I caught the WoW bug.

Maples provide a good balance between speed and exp. Always wear a rabbit ammy.

If you want yews/hr, then I suggest you time yourself.
