Well, I decided to draw a fighter, with some big [wagon] sword, and armour with totally different designs as in rs.. The fighter guy came out pretty nicely I think..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I need idea's for the background.. I drew axe hut there, at least, thats what its supposed to be, but I need some area that isnt that dark, and where this character would actually fit..

Oh, and btw, the armour is going to get one or two extra shades of colour later, I always do that at the end..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh, and other btw, Im making the sword in greyscales now, to make it look a bit mroe metallic..

as for a background id say, maybe a volcano scene with an army behind him? as if hes like the leader? :S

totally amazement, i suggest you have an army coming over the horizon line, with dudes on horses holding flags, would look really cool, have the run down shack/castle i dont know in flames maybe?, with burnt donwn trees

I guess Ill go with the army castle thing Banana suggested, in a bit of dark setting.. Which also matches the new colours of the guy, I kinda recoloured him, to a bit more evil and dark looking guy, also changed the sword a bit, thought it was cool to make it resemble a dragon in a way.

whoa! that is AMAZING! i love the color! good job 9.9/10!

The grey scale doesn't really make it more metallic. I'd make the colors into a blue tint. Metallic objects generally just have more contrast than usual. The guy is well designed. I like the edit.

though I tend to like dark things better, the good guy looked much better.

Yeah i like the original better, looks like hes charging up his sword.

Verry good character DH, it would be cool if the char would be surrounded by knights who want to attack him and a bit medival BG. Oh yes I might add the piece of armour between the arms look a bit weird, and the shades from the hut don't fit verry good. :oops:

awsome pixel guy man, yeah i agree draw an army or something, something realy chaotic. Maybe like something he just slayed in the background, you got a big wagon sword so why not like a big wagon dragon he slayed :lol:
