The mines are at the complete opposite end of the tunnels from the RFD chest. I personally mine iron at Al Kharid, tele to cwars using a dueling ring, tele back, and then go mine some more. Maybe not the most cost efficient, but it's certainly fast.

January 30, 200719 yr is there iron in the mine close to lumbridge? if so then that is pretty close. never mined there though... goal:1000 total f2p lvls.
