Highest Rank Player without a 99 skill?

Most people I know above 1700 total level have at least one 99, probably because after playing that much one skill emerges as your favorite and you level it more than the others.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I guess it's a good thing you don't know me then. ;) 1814 Skill Total. 71M+ Total exp and my highest stat is 95 Fletching. ;)

I am 1800 skill total and my highest skill is 95 defence ^^ Getting it up with my slayer now tho, so it could be 99 in a few months :)

Controlled would actually make you level faster. You get 1.5 exp in each melee stat with controlled, 4.5 exp total, and 4 exp with accurate, defensive, etc.

But on the downside, flat 98s are not likely to be possible since 98 slayer would automatically mean 99 in at least one combat skill...

 

 

 

I distinctly remember a guy taking 99 slayer as his first 99 stat... He paid some players and friends helped for free to hit monsters until they can be knocked out in one hit. If he hasn't taken another 99 skill yet, then I would love to see the rarest item in the game = untrimmed slayer cape.

Lordreverse is another player who levels on even XP increments. He has just recently powered prayer to level 99 though, and his total level is "only" 1824 which ranks him at about 7,300. His stats are amazing to watch. Leveling slayer to even increments along with hitpoints and the combat skills has got to take a calculator, don't ya think?

Cannons grant you little HP experience, but quick and easy Slayer experience. Also, training Slayer from a very low level allows for higher-than-average Slayer levels.

i was talking to a 99 slayer ( freind of mine) and we talked about Slayer Cape untrimmed.. and well, you will only see 2 of these in Rs, in the manual and in shilo village.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Think about it, its not possible to not have another 99, unless you recoil all your monsters... and well slayer with normal killing takes around 14 months.. so recoiling woul be like... 3-4 years? of nolifing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

it would be possible to do if you started a new char and only used dwarf cannon and attack / def / str till 98 hp and 98 range from there using recoils / lamps/ tears till 99 theoretically it is possible practically ... i doubt it will ever happen

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: for example look up renez ... 86 slayer with no other stats higher then 86 if he kept doing what he is doing he could get the 99 slayer cape first and be the only/ first to get untrimed

 

 

 

I'm kinda wondering how you use tears, if you want to get untrimmed slayercape?
