Highest Rank Player without a 99 skill?

I was having a chat in game with a good friend and was commenting on the lack of a 99 skill despite her being ranked 1,477 overall, with a total lvl of 1975.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

It got me to thinking.. Is there anyone ranked higher who doesn't have a single skill at lvl 99?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Given the number of high-leveled players on tif, I thought this a good place to start the discussion! So, do you know anyone with a claim on this title? Would you want it? It does of course come with the advantage of not being asked to show the skill cape emote! :D But on the downside, flat 98s are not likely to be possible since 98 slayer would automatically mean 99 in at least one combat skill...

Well the other day in Catherby bank I saw a level 122 with an untrimmed Attack cape. Not the same thing, but you would have thought at that level you would have a few more 99s.

Pest Control most probably. to have ONLY 99 attack you'd require high defence and strength too which would lead to a lot of hits experience, more than enough for 99 hits most probably ;)

Look up Minerman64. He has all stats at 98 except for combat skills, fishing, and fm (probably slip ups on the last 2 :wall: )

Nice! He has awesome stats and lots of 98s, but does have 8 skills 99 so wouldn't qualify for highest rank with no 99s!

i doubt that, i see alot of people with 99 attack with only attack as their 99 combat stat, infact my friends clan most the high leveled players were 99 attackers... their was like 13 with 99 attack without any other 99 combat, like 90 str and def 95 hp 99 attack. and this was just before pc.

My friend alerted me of Renez a while back when he was evening out his skills. I could never forget his name. ;) I just threw his name out there, but he might not be the highest ranked person with no 99's. And no speak of WoW on these boards! :-$

I looked at people with 2000 total just out of curiosity and found this guy Mr_Sibley with nothing over 93 and nothing under 80 =D> . kinda neat

I was on my pure(forgot his name, =p) and someone kept locking me in the rune shop in varrock while a mugger was attacking me, someone finnaly killed it, and I called the guy a jerk, and my main,jys072595, could kill him.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

He then said, "Oh yah? Well my main's name is minerman64, and he could own your main! He's lvl 126! Noob!"

kinda like me i am 99 atk no other melees 99 except hits... range training boost hp so high as well as train to 99 atk

What I'd like to know is how Renez got 86 hp while also getting 86 slayer... How did he level slayer (86) to within only 7k exp from hp (86) when the ratio is 1.33 hp exp for every 1 exp for slayer?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thoughts? Is this the result of some massive hack or just insane gameplay, please discuss.

Cannons grant you little HP experience, but quick and easy Slayer experience. Also, training Slayer from a very low level allows for higher-than-average Slayer levels.

Cannon gives half hp exp (from normal 1.33 per 1 slay exp) if I'm not mistaken, right? If so, then I suppose this is possible.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

BUT, he has all melee stats at 86 as well. These alone would give him 86 hp (unless PC has something that would allow gains in ATT, STR, DEF without a corresponding gain in HP). Is this the case?
