It's easiest to search the official runescape forums for the herblore shops and usually those high level herbalists will pay decent money for them. If you are F2P and can't post on those forums just hope that the person you are trying to sell to has his or her private chat on.

Otherwise it's not too hard to sell on World 2 just east of the Eastern Falador bank.

If you have not killed all the Zamorak monks, you can ONLY telegrab.

If all the monks are dead, you still get HP and stat damage by taking without telegrab, though praying protect, rapid restore and rapid heal can mitigate the effects - since you are at an altar, you can pray continuously and keep recharging.

That is an option, but the monks don't stay dead. :P

Also, when you take the wine without telegrabbing it, Zamorak lowers some of your attack bonuses, making it harder to kill the monks. Rapid Restore does help a little bit.

350 per cast, trains magic.

Killing all the monks means killing -all- the monks, then grabbing 1 wine.

Honestly, I'd rather tele-grab, train mage, smooth over cost of laws with the wines, and actually not take 2 hours to fill my inventory.
