So We are starting:

1. Way to agality area.

Start from camelot, or from relekka.

Then go north-west, to Keldagrin entrance. Now go north, to entrance to HUNTER ARENA. Go little left and here is a man, you need to talk to him(YOU NEED "COLD WAR Quest"!).

Now You should be at IceBarage, Pinguin-Castle. Now talk to the same man here, or fast use "tuxendo-time".

You should now be a pinguin. Go north-west, and find entrance to castle.

Now to north-west, to KGP Agent room, then west, throw doors, and north, to entrance.

Is it faster xp than wildy arena? :-k

This course takes longer to complete than the Wilderness course and Ape Atoll.

Correct. It's not suggested to train on past level 48 (from 48 to 52 I found the Brimhaven Agility Arena best. \' ). The Wilderness Agility Course is considerably faster; even though the risk of PKers is higher, most players won't care much about the lobsters lost and teleportation eliminates most of the walk back.

The Ape Atoll course is the best of all, of course.

The Penguin agility course, however, is the fastest way to 30 to 48. Although the damage dealt is high if you're not careful, it is quite a bit faster than the Barbarian Outpost and the Brimhaven Course, WAY faster than the Agility Pyramid, and simply better beyond comparison than the Gnome Obstacle Course. A full inventory of lobsters or above is recommended. In the long run, though, using the Gnome Stronghold and the Barbarian Outpost from 30 to 48 is probably faster if you haven't and don't want to do the quest.

Edit: Your spelling, by the way, is quite poor. Please fix it, it won't get accepted until non-Tip.Iters can read it without smirking.

I think that this agility course is aimed at people who have grown tired of the barbarian course, and want to get some better xp. But looking at the guide its self, a few constant spelling mistakes but it only takes a few mins to edit them up.
