February 6, 200719 yr I got my members at about lvl 20. :P The reason I said that was to show that you really don't need to have a lvl to become a member, sure, some things you can do with higher lvls, but you still can do alot of things with those lvls.

February 7, 200719 yr I really suggest you keep playing f2p until you have finished all the quests and get more used to the game. Then become p2p when you finally decide you get bored. This is a possible solution if you want to save your money. If you could care less about money, then become p2p now :thumbsup:
