As for Pink Party Hats, I would think that there at least a few in the game somewhere. And never was such thing a a black phat. As Jmod's items are untradeable, what does it matter if there is or isn't one. Pink party hats were the rarest in RSC until they got duped. Thousands of hats came into the economy, making them go from the rarest to the most common. Jagex deleted hundreds from the dupers accounts, but many escaped into the general populace. When RS2 came out, they were changed to purple. They are now far more common than say white or blue party hats. They currently do not exist in pink from on Runescape except for RSC. Earlier every partyhat was just named "partyhat", so the people decided that it was pink. Then when runescape 2 came, the partyhat's name included it's color and that's when it became purple partyhat, thanks to Jagex.
