I'm only a nooby to signatures and graphics myself, but I recommend you read some tutorials on how to make signatures. I myself use The GIMP, a free image software and there is a forum called GIMPTalk which has some great tutorials. My sig is only the 2nd I've ever made. Use something other than paint, like the GIMP as its free, photoshop is great if you've got it or want to buy it. If you do decide to use the GIMP and want to make some sigs, check this link: http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/topic/Full-Signature-Tutorial-5880-last.html#132399 Its a full tutorial on making a signature and isn't hard to follow. Practice makes perfect, so experiment and muck around with things, and you'll get better as time goes on. But, your current sig, rates about a 1/10. I've said it once, I'll say it again, get the GIMP, and follow my link for the full signature tutorial and you will have a decent looking sig.
