ok, a lot to work on,

first: search the internet for some pixel shading tutorials. Also there are a few pixel tutorials from this forum in the FAQ.

second, try to put some more work in practice your linework, because when u have linework u have done already pretty much half the sig.

third, you better dont draw a person from exectely the front, because it is an unnatural positon for a person and u better can turn him/her a litle bit.

and fourth good luch with sigs in the future and if u need help u can always PM me or post here for c/c :P

and oh yeah sry for being a bit harsh but no1 wil steal that sig :-#

this is so weird, I jst so happened to check this thread after not being on this forum in over a week :shock: and ive been 'called'.. apparently.

well yea I think more useful crits would surfice, telling to improve on linework, colouring and anatomy is too vague to do any help. How exactly could he improve??

I don't get internet back until the 20th back where I live so I can't really give a full critique..

But I can say;

Your character is too symetrical, as rik mentioned it's never a good idea to draw someone from the front unless its for learning purposes, I do think it worth learning basic anatomy, get yourself more familiar with general proportions.. No one's expecting you to be a proffesional but as long as you make the effort to be observant to people around you.

With your shading Its essential that your shading adds the correct level of depth, atm this is just telling us that the light is coming from the right.. but the actual character just seems too flat. Again look at people around you and see how light effects em.

I do think this is a very cute character, keep it up and take things bit by bit.. Dont expect yourself to be a professional, the quality of your work usually effects the level of effort.

Surprised no one noticed this, but the defender is upside down.

I think that's intentional.

first i have seen that but if he wants it so he doesn't have to chance it :wink: and yes!!the terley call has worked :P

:twisted: would it work with quer skull also? :twisted:
