All the work you see on Tip.It is made using the skills of artists with pro software such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro or free software such as GIMP. The only people I know that can use it well have taken college courses on it.. Doesn't mean you cant use it well though! But yeah, you will need something like PhotoShop, Gimp, Fireworks, etc.. Or if you want to go old school get good at Paint :P.
