True, but its still possible to get banned if they see two accounts with the same ip's.

If the two accounts log in from the same IP adress, you'll get caught and get banned.

 

 

 

If the two accounts log in from different IP adresses, however, then no problem do it, they will never find out.

That is not only against the rules but also easily detectable by jagex and will get both accounts banned.... so don't do it or be prepared to start a new account.
