Yes, the title may be a bit misleading. I'm not talking about it being a thing of the past for everyone, just myself.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The past 3-4 weeks I've logged into Runescape about 3 times. I sit there, unintrested, and dread crafting more nats. Hey how bout a fun game of Cwars right?! Cool lets go bust some Zamorok armor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh wait....

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

None of my friends play anymore.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Oh well, Ill go to edge and talk with some friendly tipiters ey?

Kay up to now this thread has seemed annoyingly pointless but the reason this in Help & Advice is because, well, I need help and advice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I love Runescape, I just don't have any intrest to play. I've been playing CS:S (btw if there are any scoutzknives newbies out there ill pwn u kay?) And I'm sure it has distracted me from RS. But I really need good ideas on what to do in RS

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Some things i've thought of on my own are:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dump a few mil into a pure (hell 2-3mil isn't much is it?)

 

 

 

Skiller (im not liking this)

 

 

 

Staker (possibility)

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Or what are some things i could do with my main? Hes ot that great soo.....

Race someone in a skill. Or just take a break for a week or so. Thats what i did when i felt like you.

If so, I would try leveling up a skill you enjoy. From what I can tell, it doesn't seem like you enjoy crafting nature runes. Once you get into a skill and begin working towards a goal, you will find the gaming a little more exciting.

Have you ever tried PKing? Some people I know who have gotten burnt out of the skills, have stayed playing the game for just that aspect.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

They find it challenging to take on other play against others where there are so many different things that can happen.

Do what I do when I get such feelings: take a break. I have been playing from around the beginning of RS1 but I've taken lots of breaks, even years. My experience is that you have more fun after taking a break. Just let it go for a while. You don't have to play neccesarily.

Depends on what you like to do. Do you want to be a high level? Train using PC. Do you want to have fun? Play CW.

I just came back after not playing for like a month. that's what happens when I try to powermine... :XD:

 

 

 

if I get bored I try something new. sometimes I sell a bunch of stuff and see how much money I can get, sometimes I train a skill, sometimes I take a break, and sometimes I just tough it out until I reach a goal, then do something else.

its tons of fun, it takes some practice, but after spending some time there you get good at avoiding death and you can get some good drops now and then.

I know the feeling. All my friends and their friends and moms and cousins and sisters and fathers and fathers mother and her sisters cousin and sisters brothers and little brothers turtles and everything from the middle played this game. Nowadays I have like 2-3 IRL friends who play this game.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Putting yourself a level/cash/item -goal is one way to keep you in this game. That's what I do.. :

Try making a pure or pking with your main or do a skill thats really fun like slayer :P
