No. A novice is much better off with it. It gives you safety, knowing you won't fry your new graphics card. And removing the case will not remove the charge, you need a plain unspoiled metal surface for instance, to remove the charge. It won't hurt to have, but its seriously nbd. If you bought the right card you should be able to simply swap the cards out. What is plugged into the first one, plug into the new one. If the new card requires more 12v inputs you might be in trouble if you dont have them.

You really should consider adding a SSD as your next upgrade. You could keep the HDD for storage. Much more useful than 12gb ram

i have seen java applets(mainly rs) run slowly on some computers for the first week or so. they seem to lag after clicking buttons (such as a prayer, or switching to ur emotes from inventory page). [this issue has occured for me on Mac OS X, running RS in HD] Honestly i think ur case sounds more like a network issue. I've seen networks do some very strange things. often times you can fix these issues simply by resetting ur network hardware (such as cable modem and router) another possibility is that you have a background application that is connecting itself to the internet at certain time intervals. I doubt its malware of any sort, assuming that you have decent anti-virus/firewall gl

My friend bought a ps2 game, like a medal of honor or something a few years ago. we threw it in and...well....on the first level the ground was invisible. After walking a few steps you would fall thru the map and keep falling. forever. Eventually we got by it....somehow.

The daughter hasn't made a mistake. Married couples get pregnant when they really really don't want to sometimes. Often when they are as incapable of raising a child as the teenage daughter is. But no one calls it a "mistake". As to the abortion, it is a responsible choice for her to get one. In fact, if she doesn't, her and the kid are pretty much f***ed. (I recognize that she could consider adoption as a 3rd option) In regards to parents having the right to know, well, some (may i even go as far as saying many?) parents arn't exactly perfect decision makers themselves. They may force her to have the child due to a decision based off of stubborn religious principles :shame: . And do you really want your parents knowing when you're pregnant? And do they really need to know? If a doctor MUST notify parents, then that would encourage self-abortions, and hidden pregnancies. (young women should feel comfortable in getting the attention they need) Theres a lot of things we want to know. If your young enough that you're parents are concerned about such matters, then you probably do need it. FREEDOM OF CHOICE ACT. It doesnt mean you have to get an abortion. Just means you have the FREEDOM to make a choice. Which, as Americans, we deserve.
