shorty427
A Guide to Obtaining/Selling Fury amulets and a great strategy for selling to stores by: kirby1288 Table of Contents [*:12tdy9a5]1.0 Introduction ------------------------------- [*:12tdy9a5]2.0 How to get started [*:12tdy9a5]2.1 The major cash path [*:12tdy9a5]2.2 The easy cash path ------------------------------- [*:12tdy9a5]3.0 Where to go and how to prepare [*:12tdy9a5]3.1 Strategies and tips ------------------------------- [*:12tdy9a5]4.0 Price list/Notes/Comments Introduction This is my first guide guys, so be easy on me.Im sure many of you know about amulets of fury, but some might not be able to muster up the cash to get one. Others of you just want a way to make gaunteed steady money. Thats what im here for. This process basically consists of trading runes for tokkul, which can be used to buy onyx, the gem that an amlet of fury is made out of. How to get Started First off, you have to decide wether you want to spend some SERIOUS time and make tons of profit with exp to boot, or if you want to spend a small ammount of time and make a marginal profit. The major cash path This way is going to require at least 35 runecrafting, but its seriously reccomended to have at least 65 to make deaths and 75 to hold all the pouches. What you are going to do is buy pure essence and make chaos or deaths. you will need 33,334 chaos per onyx, or 16,667 deaths per onyx. The easy cash path This method requires a little bit of merchanting skills, a lot of patience, a lot of noob-repellant and at least 4.2 mil gp. Go on the runescape official forums and make this post "buying TONS of runes!!!" im on world [blank] at [blank] and i need your runes! buying all chaos-----130 each (125-140 will make you profit, but i stick with 130 because its steady and its good profit) death-----250 each (the best way to do this, but also hard to find death sellers. you can mix and match) you will have to keep bumping the thread because so many people are on there, but keep trying and keep a good attitude about it. i can buy enough chaos for 3 onyx in 2 hours. once you have 33,334 chaos, 16,667 deaths, or a combination of the sort (like 20k chaos and 7k death) head over to the tzhaar pits. Where to go and how to prepare Heres when the fun begins (except not really) Head over to the karamja volcano and climb down the robe. right next to the rope will be a cave entrance. head down there, and dont be afriad. the monsters arent agressive. now head over to the bank and get your chaos and death once you're ready, head over to the rune salesman now heres the cool part. first change your mouse buttons to 1 and put your chaos on the bottom row with the tokkul right beside it like this then click the top-center of the rune and it should align right with the "sell 10" option. this allows you to continually click without having to move your mouse => THE LOUD, REDICULOUSLY FAST WAY TO DO IT what i tend to do is put my right hand on the mouse with my index finger on the left button and move my left hand over on the left button also and click back and forth, alternating fingers as fast as i can. i tend to do this fast for 5 minutes, and left it sit while i read the forums for a minute or 2. the selling does the work for you! now for the final part, just find someone to trade the fury for the onyx. they usually charge 15-25k. add firstbrenick and he'll do it for 25k without a trust-trade Pricelist death route if you were to buy 16,667 deaths at 250 gp each and make a fury, which sells between 4.9 and 5 mil, you would be making between 733-833k! chaos route if you were to buy 33,334 chaos at 130 gp each and make a fury, you would be making between 566-666k! once you get good at it, you can start doing 3, 4, or even 5 furies at a time. if you have the patience, you can make a lot of money in it. the point is to have fun and make some steady cash off it. good luck!. shorty427
by the way, the rune store gives you 9 tokkul per chaos and 18 tokkul per death. the onyx is 300,000 tokkul so feel free to mix and math your runes Shorty427-96 CB merchanter/skiller banned 6/27/04The Jakal-109 CB 99 Range/Magic/Fletching, 80 runecrafting.Kirby1288-101 CB skiller 99 fletching. Borschwicz
You could add the obby maul option too, buying 40 obby mauls at 100k ea is 4M, then sellignt them for 7.5k tokkul each will get you 300k. You will make about 800k profit off that method. |Barrows Drops-7|Dragon Drops-5|

Rebdragon
Ya, I've heard from a lot of people that if one does this right this can be great cash. I wouldn't reccomend the Deaths though, 250ea is basically impossible to get at this current time :? . Using Obby Mauls and other lesser obby drops sounds great, or you could go the Muggi way and do the Fight Caves a couple dozen times :XD: . It might take a week buy you will save a ton!! 99 Pics - Range, Defence, HP, Attack, Magic, Strength, Cooking
CampbellMC
Well i know a way to do this for ALOT cheaper... 966,686gp cheaper actually. Go to Void Knights Rune Shop and buy all the deaths and chaos (must do at late night for best outcome. Prices average out to 101 per chaos and 202 per death. There is 250 chaos and 125 deaths stocked per world and they take very little time to buy. With this method you would only need to go to 67 worlds with about 1.5 minute per world (including load times) and it would take you 100.5 minutes and cost you 3,366,734 gp for your beloved fury amulet... or you could just sell the runes for 150 each on forums and get 5,000,100 gp for them. Then you could buy a fury amulet and have 100k or more left over! Sorry to all the merchants I just completely screwed over.

whiteboy1102
This is a great way to make money it seems. I find it funny that CHAOS runes can make you up to a 666k profit  And shepherds we shall be, for Thee, my Lord, for Thee. Power hath descended forth from Thy hand, that our feet may swiftly carry out Thy command. So we shall flow a river forth to Thee, and teeming with souls shall it ever be. RAHK
This is great guide but not really the best money maker (unless you buy your own runes from the shop as mentioned above but you still make more just selling them). If you invest the same amount of gp (and a load less time) into simply buying nats, chaos, deaths, cosmics, bloods, and possibly laws/souls to a lesser extent from a runes shop you can turn around and sell them for a 25% profit. On average I make 600k or so an hour while doing this. To take the time of reselling the runes out of the equation I keep a thread up and bump it while hopping worlds. This method isn't dependent on finding a fury crafter on at a specific time and yields much more cash per hour on average. If you want a cheap fury for your own personal use I would DEFINATELY recommend this guide combined with buying your own runes from shops. Doing both will basically net you a "free" fury if you keep at it until you recover your losses. tskolar
And actually u could buy the deaths a bit higher then 250ea since u save half the time selling them ( compared to chaos). If u buy chaos at 130, and u need 33.334 chaos that amounts to round 4,3m as u allready said then the profit equivalent for deaths would be round 277ea per death rune. Same amount of clicking and same profit ( disregarded the 25k per fury crafted though) at chaos at 130ea or deaths at 277ea. But i dont really know what is easier to get at these prices. edit: rofl! reb :D and its not really that great of a money maker considering all da wild fun ur heaving. If it takes they guy 20mins to get the supply for one fury...then u can add 30mins of clicking...5mins of crafting...5mins of selling. Then its like 600k per hour. Not great but not bad as well. CampbellMC
my method i talked about above makes about 975,143 gp per hour (only for the 3 or 4 hours when runescape is complete abandoned
tskolar
my method i talked about above makes about 975,143 gp per hour (only for the 3 or 4 hours when runescape is complete abandoned ye i know, world hopping mage shops in those hours is better cash. If u have two chars to ur disposal ( so u eliminate the "u just left this world...25 seconds till..." sign) its most likely better steady cash then everything in this game with exception of merchanthing. Freshwacka
Your guide is wrong. You put the deaths in the penultimate row. Penultimate means second to last by the way. 99 Crafting Blog

Well this is no big huge secret is it? I was at thzaar shop in world 2 yesterday getting some tokkuls and there was 4560k chaos and 1300k deaths in store. Its a lousy way spend playing and i dont think anyone would do this for less profit per hour. Anyone who has 4.5m to spare that is
Headnazgul
I find it pathetic that other crafters charge people in order to make their Furies. If you want FREE fury crafting just forum pm me or come in the Tip.It IRC chat and ask for me. I'll trade you a fury for the onyx straight up, completely free of charge. Greedy people these days... only like 2 minutes out of your day .
