Scythe is good for slayer and gwd.

If you are going to do anything more than gwd, you'd need ascensions

So right now i am sitting at 2 votes ascension and 1 vote scythe.

it would also help to note that i have the dw/2h counterpart of each style already

MH asc + OH dld with dbane bolts is probably the best setup you can get for dragon tasks. If I'm not wrong, the dragonbane boost to ability damage stacks on top of everything, which makes it a superior choice to ranged with araxyte arrows/ascension bolts.

In real life MMO you don't get 99 smithing by making endless bronze daggers.
