I'm sure that Dusty doesn't want us to search for everything we want to build. The reason we're even doing an older time period is probaly because the technologies won't get out of hand. I am willing to pay at the beginning of the budget period to stay with all trends (basically catch up no matter what, unless someone invests a lot more), but since he introduced it in the middle of a budget reset and I hadn't calibrated the rest of my budget to it, then I have to do this until we get our next budget reset.

 

Also, I can't think of all the fields.

However, the conferance is largely about upholding honour and such, so should sit very well with everyone bar Russia.

Despite what Arch will tell you, quicklime shells are not exactly accurate or super effective. It's a very unrefined aspect of Napoleonic warfare, and one that gets a lot of people pissed off when it's used (just saying).

Also gas has never been particually accurate, and is rarely effective....Despite millions of tonnes being fired in WW1, and thousands of deaths, it didn't have any major effect.

Everything is included in the Hague Peace Conferance links....Since I do not have unlimited time to read a largely ignored document, I would say no.

 

No shooting prisoners, no shooting under the flag of truce, unless they fire first....Don't be needlessly brutal...

Britain decrees said weapon should only be used if the enemy is

 

A) Using non ethical weaponry

B) Going against human rights

C) Not part of this contract

 

If none of those terms are met then the weapon should not be used to great effect, but this does not disallow total use.

 

Total use is disallowed if

 

A) Civilian lives could be endangered

B) On cities, even if evacuated

C) Country is weak

D) Extensive enviromental harm is possible.
