There is no fairy ring in Lumbridge, but there is a fairy ring underground of lumbridge (Zanaris aka Lost City - the main ring used to teleport to other locations). If you want to use a fairy ring you do not have to keep teleporting to Lumbridge just to get to Zanaris. You cut choose any fairy ring (lets say the one west of Edgeville). Use the ring near Edgeville. That ring will teleport you directly to Zanaris. Once in Zanaris, use the main ring to teleport to the location you want.

It's only about 1:10 minute walk from Lumbridge tele spot.. Just a little FYI, you don't need to walk all the way to Zanaris. You can just go on any fairy ring all around Runescape and it'll take you straight to Zanaris where you can tele to your desired location.

When you dig up a coordinate clue in the wilderness a Zamorak Mage will appear. Kill him and dig the same spot again, then you will receive the chest.

Well if you didn't understand why I gave you the Max Hit calc, it wasn't to see your max hit, it was to test out the items that will boost your strength bonus like you wanted. Fighter Torso is the only Body that gives strength bonus, and there are no legs.
