Trust me, if you're only doing it to avoid subs, if you can't put your heart and soul into it, if you don't have enough free time and drive, don't. Learning a language is hard, learning it on your own is harder. I mean, you'll pick of little things (especially interjections, i.e. "bakana", "urusai!", "baka", "hai!", "gomen", etc.) when watching and listening to subs somewhat intently, but attempting learning the language itself is something that happens a great deal among fans, and to be honest, almost never gets accomplished. But, if you are going to try, go ahead, just make sure to put your heart into it, and make sure as hell not to become a weeaboo. Make damn sure of that. I picked out the word "noob" in the Rurouni Kenshin theme song: Heart of sword. :shock: (Really I heard it in there)

A lot of people complain of geting bored if jagex misses one week of updates. I think Jagex would get more people if they did improve graphics. I personaly don't care that much about graphics, that is not what makes a great game. (look at chrono trigger, ff5, SOM, etc) but if you go and ask 5 people who play mmo's that are not runescape what is wrong with it, the first thing they will say is graphics.

Lately Jagex has said that there is a big new years update. This could be a number of things, new races, new armour, new planets even. Like discussed in the grand exchange, we are quite posibly loking at the end of mechanting when the update comes out. Jagex is taking a lot of sugestions recently. Every update this month but the new quest is a sugestion, they were doing this last month too. I remember seeing these on the forums and I went for them, besides the grand exchange(which was with the update seperating player stock from store stock), I have also noticed Jagex has regestered Mechscape. With these updates I think Jagex is trying to tear us away from runescape. Think, if they ruin mechanting a majority of the players will be done with runescape. The assist system where you just stand there insted of doing stuff, that is not how most players want it. While the new players will think that Jagex has given us a way of helping, and we just don't want to. So they think the people are rotten and want a new game to play. This leads me to believe that either the big new years update is either Mechscape, or a farwell to Runescape. In the farwell they would most likely do something to put the final nail in runescape's coffin and make us want a new game; and of corse they have one waiting in the wings. Although this is just my thoughts and in NO WAY states if jagex is really planing to do this. Post your thoughts on this.

It would play nintendo and sony games, and it would be like a vertural reality. You can get hurt, feel like you break a bone to make it more realistic, but I draw the line at death.

Two words: Chrono Trigger I still play it on my snes and on psx; but psx is just longer loading time.

It is Mechscape. It could be that or some other things, but i've noticed they are kind of doing a Final Swan song with runescape, maybe it's just for the year. They are taking more sugestions then ever. It could be new races, new lands, a big ingame grafics overhaul, or maybe ever they're eleminating some rules, like website advertising. I got a clan site i can't advertise over of the RSOF.

Exactly. I'm afraid that the company, my favorite gaming company in the world, is now catering pretty much only to fans. And the sad part is it can do this. A movie and 3 other games from FF7 and 3 games (4? i forget) from FF13. Not to mention Kingdom heart is going to explode soon probably. I really wish the company would try something... a little different. Square is siting on three kingdom hearts games, they keep pumping out final fantasy games, after all it did save their company; but they will not, nor do they need to, make a sequal to chrono trigger and chrono cross. Personaly I think chrono trigger was way better than Chrono cross. Chrono trigger is the perfect game IMO and there is no reason to further the series.

Not rs3, mechscape. I've noticed Jagex is running out of ideas for rs2, they're taking more sugestions then ever before. Most of the updates this month are sugestions. The quest this month is like the only non sugestion.

Err, you're two episodes in, and no matter how much praise you've heard about an anime, don't jump to conclusions :P . Yes, I and most others think it's a great anime, but seeing only two episodes doesn't really offer a vast enough viewpoint to make proper judgements about the anime :-w . What I mean is there has not been an anime that has pulled me in that quick since FMA or trigun.

We all know runescape is dieing because of immature players, it's human nature to act that way.
