That's not luck at all. I was rarely getting herb drops. Luck was the guy that I was there with who got 3 ranaars in a row. Don't talk to me like I don't know what luck is when you obviously have no grasp of it yourself. :wink:

I got your name wrong. Whatever lol. I don't think I've ever seen level 2 men in Edgeville packed. You get herb drops AND talisman drops quite often, which adds up very fast. Level 2 men are actually a great way for new accounts to make a lot of money quickly. I'm a little curious as to why a level 70+ would even consider fleshcrawlers, much less cave slimes. Armored zombies are surely better. 1. If they aren't packed, the is it just a coincidence that 30 people know about them...? 2. Armoured zombies are level 85. Too high for me to train on effectively. I haven't even done the quest, so... 3. I was in the area and it was a fleeting thought to do cave slimes. And it works for me. If it doesn't work for you, then [bleep] off. (lol) 4. I see level 80+ people with high level equipment killing fleshes for the herbs all the time. I was just there... and there was one guy there, so don't go [cabbage]ting me trying to say they're always packed. And of course lots of people know about them, they are RIGHT there in edgville, a town where lots of people go....

I didn't even take all the bones either. I left quite a few there, so really, it could have been like 130k in 20 minutes.

Hmmm... The same men that are in edgeville are also in lumby, except there's always 5 noobs occupying each one. So I'll get a kill a minute. And I'll get 250k an hour from that? Bones are like 200gp each. Swamp tar (100% drop from cave slime, 1-9 of them) is 345 gp atm AND it stacks. Getting iron boots (22k) from cave slime is just like getting ranarr (8k) from men. Oh yeah, don't forget the uncut gems on both, and the chaos talismans (6k each). If you buy 8 antipoisons++ (about 40k) then you can be at cave slime for what, 6 hours? If you could explain to me how in hell you can make 250+k per hour at edgeville men (always crowded with noobs, how would i look with my red blessed d hide in there lol), maybe i would believe you. Hell, I've been killing cave slime like 3 a minute now for 3 hours and i have made nearly 400k. Now look me in the metaphorical eye and tell me that isn't a viable alternative to fleshes. Pretty sure they aren't the same seeing as how I can get 5 ranaars at men per inventory, but I've never gotten iron boots from cave slimes... And you make your money at men from the herb drops. It takes maybe 5 minutes to get a full inventory of herbs there. And its full of noobs? They're just trying to make money like you, so don't be so full of yourself. Also, this is nothing new. There's a guide on it somewhere in the guide section, so don't think you're the first to figure out about the slimes.

I've seem the smuggler have an arrow on him, heck i've even seen a rock with the arrow on it. I've had one of the statues marked in the room where you push them across the floor to match the other statues. ...This thread is now about Dungeoneering glitches. I started a solo medium dunj the other day and I was marked with the arrow. Couldn't attack myself though. <_<

Looks good, I plan to do the same sometime soon, but with my 5 KBD heads and my abby demon head. :thumbsup:

Also, I've only ever had one flameburst defender in my whole dungeoneering career from 1-81 dunj. Now I just need to find someone with high enough smithing that can help me out.

Yeah, I havn't seen any difference in my damage after upgrading my ring to berserker tier 5. Right now I'm rushing through the ice floors trying to get a hailstorm dagger.... Whats the best floors to do to get a flameburst defender? Also, which is going to be the best ring to use with that combo? Berserker or the Accuracy one?

No, it was a bug. I don't own a bonecrusher and never have, but I tested the monks the other day and got prayer exp from killing them.

You can only use one type of bone on the altar? What? I've used normal and big bones on the altars in dungeons. You sir, make no sense.

It can also become over grown from catching too many rats. That's what happened to me, and I was pissed cause it couldn't catch rats after that, then I realised I could get a wily cat and was happy. Also, to whoever mentioned it, no, you don't have to turn it from a hellcat back to regular to make it wily.

They're rewarding those who didn't just stop at 80 for the weapons, those who continued to train the skill because they enjoy it. Well I don't enjoy the skill, I just grinded it out to get a better weapon. Apparently I'm just an [wagon] for not liking the skill judging by the other things people have said about my comment. :rolleyes: Whatever, guess I'll just grind for another week on the most boring skill out there. lol, flamebait. JaGeX just kinda issued a big "[bleep] you" to all the people that got 80 dunj just for the chaotic weapon and stopped by making frost dragons in the lvl 85 dunj. I, am one of those people. I was so pumped and looking forward to the frost dragon update, and now I find out I need 5 more dunj levels to get to it. By that time whatever it drops will have probably gone down significantly.
