Have you even seen the 5 year cape? Because it looks nothing like it. New quest - Probably the best part of the month. Third quest in 7 months? Yes. It's a scam. I got the offer and I can't take it!! (no not really, the offer is legit, I just have too many years prepaid)

I bought prayer all the way from 1 to 99. Not a single xp lamp was used. All with manually using d bones on a gilded altar. Got 1-82 prayer in one day... Started at combat 113(maxed melee) and after a few bones I was already combat 115 :thumbsup:

All those methods described so far include a lot of effort (except maybe merching) and bring in really slow money. If you want easy money with little to no effort, I suggest looting in wilderness clan wars. Big clans battle each other for hours after hours, die all over the place and not loot their kills usually leaving big piles of rune items, adamant arrows and blast runes all over the wilderness. Just be there to pick it all up. Potentially 1m+/hr.(Could be a lot more if there aren't anyone else looting).
