You can kill the baby dragons but the bones would be less than 1/2 of dragon bones on a gilded altar. Where are you killing dragons at?

Dagannoth bones are from the Dagannoth Kings, and you don't have the stats for them. Stick to dragon bones because buying Dagannoth bones would cost too much.
