I think behind meant without a full helm. :D I'd probably buy 99 prayer, maybe 99 magic and invest some money in other skills. After that I'd spend some money on my house and buy some items like a Fury and a Dragonfire Shield. Still leaving a nice cashpile in my bank.

You could try the Coal trucks. They're located near Mcgrubbors forest, to the west of Seers village. Load the carts at the mine and empty them in seers when they're full. You'll need 20 Agility to acces the area though, here's a link: http://tip.it/runescape/?page=coal_trucks_mine.htm
