  1. Stopping power is by far the most useful 2nd perk, slight of hand is pointless, it's still quicker to pull out your pistol or knife. Juggernaut is just a ridiculous perk.

  3. Stopping Power is needed in anything other than Hardcore mode. :\ You can drop people fast enough even without stopping power tbh, but there are hardly any other Perk 2 perks that are useful.

  17. I can fire a G3 twice as fast with no recoil. M14 has too much recoil if you try to fire it at G3 speeds. fast enough fingers =D> Doesn't matter how fast your fingers are, you can't change recoil of guns.
