I'm considering whether or not to buy a 360 instead of repairing the Wii, it seems to have more games I am interested in, and the online system is so much better, which is about the only thing I use on my wii. If you do alot of online gaming, I'd seriously recommend you buy a Xbox 360 or PS3 depending on which console has the most exclusives that interest you. Failing that go for the cheaper of the two or see what deals you can get.

Honestly, most violent movie I've probably seen is Saving Private Ryan, or the spire through head bit in Hot Fuzz. Being able to make money from playing a game on a console is nothing special, nor does it make the console decent. The wii is a thing of taste. A serious gamer would not subject him/herself to the shocking games that the wii has to offer, other than for the few casual games and the Nintendo made games from their in house studios.
