Cheating
But as a legit breeder, 4SK, do you find it unfair when your PKMN get destroyed by someone who has basically hacked all theirs in minutes when you've taken day and days to make your team?

Jagex - Bot Busting
Given how vulnerable the game is to botting, I don't understand why they bother even trying to fix the problem, especially when only a few months ago they essentially relaxed the punishments for botting. You whip up a crowd with one hand, while loosening the noose with the other. Just seeks like a convenient way for Jagex to state the blindingly obvious: don't cheat, pretty please with a cherry on top.

So... catch it with the Master and then reset... but doesn't that reset the nature and IVs anyway? Otherwise this tactic only works once per game (unless you get more balls).

Today...
Are you in A2 or AS? If you're in A2 then you could apply late for university entry this September and save yourself some money before tuition fees go up the year after. Sure, the tuition fees shouldn't impact in the short-term since grant and loan is still available but that year could be the difference between £9,000 tuition fees and £27,000 fees considering pretty much every university is having to charge £9,000 regardless of what the government wants to happen. Work experience is great though.

I have the problem with a new Virgin Media router because I'm still on a five year old classic DS. I wish there was a way I could connect via the Wii (which can use WPA) not noooo. If I try to change security settings on the router to WEP instead of WPA (which is risky in itself) the Internet just shuts itself off anyway. <_<

Should American football be renamed handegg?
Sorry to sound offensive but the reserve team of a MLS team isn't spectacular. Especially one which isn't at the top of the MLS rankings. An American football player didn't join his respective countries football league. MLs may have good teams, but not comparable to top flight teams. I doubt he would get to that position on a top league team of any European country. This is funny considering Kansas City is the same team that beat Manchester United last summer. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't MU in first place in Barclay's? Please don't say they lost just because of Rooney's absence. Considering the fact that he was playing absolutely terribly around that time anyway, it would have made no difference. With a side featuring De Laet, Biram Diouf, Ben Amos and Nani coming back from a several month-long injury? The first three on that list wouldn't even make United's second team, let alone first. In fact I don't think De Laet's even at the club any more.

Drinking/Drugs
I'd been around people who had got drunk throughout my whole childhood, mostly close relatives at Christmas or New Year's time, so I had some fair idea of what 'the limit' was even if I hadn't experienced it personally myself, and I knew in general what adults did when they arrived at that point. By comparison, one of my few experiences with people who've taken cannabis is being called out by one of my friends to the park because one of her friends during a session had smashed his head on a rock after losing balance, and was so off on drugs he couldn't actually feel the pain from a pretty wide gash on his skull that was literally pouring blood. Oh, by the way... did they know their limits? Nope, because when I tried persuading them to take him to hospital since I had no first aid equipment on me and there wasn't much I could do anyway, they told me they shouldn't because the police would be on to him. Is this safe use of cannabis? My other experience with a cannabis user was my housemate and his two friends starting a racist assault on two of my other housemates whilst under influence (admittedly with copious amounts of alcohol also), in which they smashed the door of one housemate through and ripped up several religious texts, including one of their Korans, then turned to the other housemate's room and threatened to knock the door through and--I exaggerate not--kill him. He ended up being charged for racist assault, fined the bill by our landlord, and thrown out of university. And no, strangely enough, my parents didn't smoke ganja round the Christmas tree. I'm not suggesting all cannabis users are like that, but when that's my experience of cannabis users, is it really any surprise I've taken the option not to go anywhere near the stuff? See, those are the kind of things that one frequently misinterpreted study in The Lancet doesn't account for.

Segregation: You're not telling me drug users constitute a modern day 'minority group' are you?
-
Drinking/Drugs
No, segregation has nothing to do with lifestyle choices. If you choose to do drugs, you have every opportunity to stop taking drugs if other people require you to do so.
-
Drinking/Drugs
I'm sorry, you'll have to run that past me again. They should be made legal because doing otherwise would 'segregate society forever'?

Drinking/Drugs
If you're going to throw the oft-misused chart from The Lancet, then don't bother. I know what dependence and physical harm means. What that charts fails to consider (and the GMC don't exactly hide this fact) is that the chart doesn't equate to an analysis of the risks and relative safety of certain drugs. Ecstasy, for instance, is put in the same 'low risk' category as cannabis, but ecstasy can lead to heat exhaustion, sunstroke and if not treated, death, which isn't really my definition of 'low risk'. If you're using ecstasy with other people who have taken it before and know what to do in an emergency--rest, support blood flow to brain, replenish water and salts, observe vital signs (pulse, responsiveness, breathing), call 999 if needed--you are much safer than if you're taking it on your own with no prior experience and no knowledge of how to nurse yourself better. Context is key, which is why doctors have been so hesitant to refer to that chart. When I drink, I'm with friends who can look after me if needed, and because of prior experience, I know what the limits are and I know what to do once I've hit that limit. I don't know any of this information with drugs, so as far as I'm concerned, I'm at much greater risk for not knowing what to do if my body for whatever reason reacts to them. It's not as simple as saying: * Cannabis is 'safer' than alcohol; * I take alcohol; * There is no harm in taking cannabis.

Drinking/Drugs
I have two viewpoints on alcohol, because I've seen it from both sides of the spectrum. I've been the one getting drunk and the one having to deal with the various medical problems of others getting drunk. My attitude was actually epitomised yesterday when my brother came in drunk at 6pm because him and his college mates had been out during the afternoon. He was just sat on the bathroom floor falling asleep, clearing needing water and some food to replinish salts, but I actually took the attitude of, 'If he's mature enough to make the decision to get drunk, then he's mature enough to deal with the consequences as well.' Every Saturday, A&E wards are filled with people who aren't actually ill, they're suffering from a self-inflicted condition that makes them nauseous. How can anyone claim that that's what Nye Bevan had in mind during the late 1940s? On the other hand, I like getting drunk with friends once in a while. It helps people socialise (lowering guards, disinhibition) and helps 'forget' problems for a few hours. I just know where my limit is and I know how to look after myself once I get there. If only everyone did that, we wouldn't have such a problem with binge drinking, and we could focus on alcoholism instead, ie people who are actually suffering from psychological illness. Drugs - Erm, no. Just no.

Should American football be renamed handegg?
Aye, big lad. He does remind you of Roethlisberger at times, when you see defenders completely unable to knock him off balance. Course, if Cardiff get promoted and they keep hold of him he'll be in the Premier League, amazingly enough.

Should American football be renamed handegg?
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Shaun_Smith_%28linebacker%29&oldid=421968174 I'm fairly sure that coming from Bournemouth, which is close to Bristol, Southampton and Portsmouth, he would have played football (soccer) at some level if only to maintain physical fitness. Given how small the British American Football Association is--the biggest league went into administration last year--I'm pretty sure a few ex-footballers (soccer players) who didn't make it at club trials would have played for the BAFA at amateur level. If what you're implying is that American Footballers can make a 'step down' to association football, but not vice versa, I think you're being ignorant to say the least. Perhaps the real issue is that there's more money and work for someone like Tim Howard at an English Premier League club, or at least enough to make him not consider an NFL career. Both sports require physical fitness, skill and athleticism. They're just different kinds. We're not exactly comparing the NFL to darts, are we?

Things you don't like on your opposite sex
Girls who put "-times" as a suffix to adjectives to make up new nouns. Example: 'Last night was messytimes' I'm no bastion of the English language, but that just screams to me, 'Incapable of articulating themselves.'

Is America a greedy country?
Every government in the world has some level of corruption within its ranks. If you want an example, here's a few (ignore the 2011 one, I'll AfD that later). It is an inherent flaw of government that people will use the vested power to serve ulterior motives. I can't see this being more of a problem in the US than in other countries.

You know what I HATE more than anything in this game?
I'd keep this Bieber cursor forever if I could play one game of 2006 Castle Wars. Note: Forum posts are NOT legally binding contracts in the event Jagex revert the game back five years.

Erm... Animal Crossing set its own time relative to the DS system's clock, meaning you could glitch a few things there. Is that the kind of time-reset we're talking about? I thought Pokemon just took the system time as truth.

Actually... that is genius. Excadrill switches into Tyranitar, picks up the speed double thanks to Sand Rush, can't be hit by EQ due to Balloon, replies and guarentees a OHKO on Tyranitar after SD. Most Hippowdon can't touch Levitating Pokemon without weaknesses to Ice and Rock. Both SS weather inducers shut down, and once they're taken out, Ninetales comes in for perma sunshine. Three Steel types leaves weakness to Fire and Magnezone, but EQ can deal with both capably and if that fails, my special sweep runs HP Fire. Nice.
