^Not really, 300 chins at 99 is low tbh. My personal best is 459 (that's without chat or any other distractions).

There's on in the Archive of Wisdom. Once you get the hang of it, you'll figure out the best spot and formation by yourself :D

Yep 500 is a bit too much. Even I don't get 500 at 99 hunter (and yes I asked other 99 hunters too).

More than 5 hours a day = 1 month or faster. I play 4-5 hours a day (and the occasional 7) and I did it less than a month.

If it's a new continent, I'd be happy cos I'm gonna get my "dragons" back :mrgreen: (referring to that old thread/topic "here be dragons")

(If you checked out the chin spots map in the player made guide in the archive, you'll get this :P) The northern spot ("little lake") is evil It's always crowded like 2-4 people and most are fming/flower bombing noobs (oh wait they do that in every spot lol). West wall has fast catch rate but there's usually 2 people there - it's not as efficient. The SW spot has only 2 chins so stay away from it unless you're really desperate. The spot by the hunter icon is decent but the chins usually wander off beyond the trees (and sometimes to the kebbit spot). The other..meh I have no idea lol.

^Vinny aka Vjulius doesn't hunt chins, he makes the hamsters go boom on a monster. Catch rate depends which spot you're hunting at and if you're hunting with someone (west wall spot has fast catch rate but usually busy). 63-70 I think is under 200-220 an hour? I didn't catch chins till 70 so I have no idea :mrgreen: (I did try at 63 and I got 117 in one hour -.-) At 70 I think I got 220-250. You don't get 350-450 until you get 88+.

Box formation is good (I used it) with 4 traps. When you're able to use 5, the pentagon formation and the 5-dice (like the formation of 5 on a dice) works.

Imho, you should sell when you get a nice bulk like 3-5k since most buyers prefer to buy by the thousands. I'm sensing a drop in prices of red chins since everyone seems to be going for 99 hunter now :-w

Hmm I think you've pm'd me about this :P 9 water skins would last for 40-45 mins (I only had 8 then and it lasted for 40 mins in the desert). In 40 mins I got 45-50k exp from orange sals (that was my rate at hunter 60)

99 hunter means getting 450 chins an hour :) 99 hunter in two weeks..yea what they said, prolly if you play 6-8 hours a day. Never tried cos my patience only last for 5 and then I burn out.
