100 Strength can never effect your max hit?

Okay so at 100 Strength does every actually increase your maximum hit? I was thinking at 99 you can hit a 37 with a Fighter's Torso on, but with something else on you can only hit a 36. But at 100 Strength would you hit a 37? This is all on slayer tasks with Black Mask ON.

It's because weapons haven't evolved in forever. When they invent guns we can say we are the stronger age. :lol:

Finally a serious response. Maybe the humans downgraded to Dragon because of it's common-ness compared to the metal 3rd Age is made out of? Any other responses on the weapons?

It is very fast if you do oak dungeon doors (I'm sure you know the method but just in case you didn't), then Fishing. Agility after that, then Mining. Toss up between Slayer and Runecrafting, both very slow, but both very rewarding. Not telling you how to do it but you did say you were open to suggestions. :wink: Edit:Edit: You lack a Fire Cape. :cry:

Yeah I mean stat-wise, as Dragon Chainbody is the best non-degradable plate armor that has a practical price... of sorts. And Fighter's Torso has a strength bonus so that is why I ask this.

Here is the comparison: What would you personally use for slayer tasks? Any variables change your minds about which to use?

Mining cape is uuuuuuuuuuuugly. :-X I vote on the with Rogue, Face Mask, and Hunters Cape. you like live to hate skill hunters and you dis the mining cape to claim that you are doing mining for the level. I do not call half of these capes ugggglllllly even if i think so. I used multiple u's. :XD: And really I am getting the level because I like the skill, can't say that of you. You're just an overly-zealous skill cape hunter. Anyway the Construction and Runecrafting (or should I say prayer with a different symbol?) capes are u(x10)gly. :lol:
