You know, having played this a few days I realised how good content it is. It fits. It's fun. It's well-paced. Just shame for having absolutely no excitement for any given side because it was decided who'd win well in advance. I think these two events could've been a lot better if they were Zamorak vs Bandos and Saradomin vs Armadyl than what we have now. Oh well, next event I guess. I don't think either Marimbo or Brassica Prime have a devoted following... well, maybe Brassica Prime. [bleep].

This is assuming Jagex won't increase the renown cap, lower the cost and drastically increase the metal fragment rate like they did last event. I wouldn't be surprised the final week(s) will have 45,000 renown cap, 5% lower cost and like a 20x metal frag rate as compared to now, if not a permanent metal frag source like in last event. Heck, they may even add in random metal frags just from building in general or killing other players.

So confirmed Jack of Trades and Festive Aura now reset at midnight rather than 24 hours after use. Rightclicking Festive Aura and checking Aura time remaining will now show bonus xp left to obtain

What methods are there for fletching that achieve 200k xp per hour or more?

You should be done your tests by the time it rolls out I would imagine. It's a minor point, but you can't possibly know that. You don't even know when his exams are. If they're after Christmas, which isn't unusual, your reassurances fall flat. My exams are in January and we get the last 2 weeks of in December for holidays and general study times. If the world event start coincides with the start of my two weeks off the end of the event will of it will literally coincide with the end of my exams. So yeah, if it's anything as intense of a timewaster like last world event I'm royally screwed.

By the way; Hidden update where destroying some DG items (chaotics and shields) refunds you 50% of the tokens. So yeah, I got back 250K tokens from my rapier (RIP), offhand rapier and maul.

What about: - Slayer head drops - Rare pet drops (eg: Cresbot) - Spin tickets - Quest specific drops (eg: special bones) - Champion scrolls I know champ scrolls and spin tickets already notified you if one dropped, just checking.

The bucket of improvements could be nice, as long as they're plenty. I bet I'm not the only one who tends to speed through the main article and focus on the 'In Other News' segment first on other updates.

Tip for anyone who's doing it now: Get Steam battlestaff and astral runes (or water staff and astrals+fire runes), 26-27 buckets and park yourself next to mortal mixer and cast humidify and deposit instantly. You'll max your daily points within a minute.
