mine iron ores, make iron bars , then make plates ? u can also mine coal and iron, make steel bars and make plates ( gives moire exp but way slower than iron) if u are member do iron , best way for me when u get 68 start doing mith plates

if u get perm banned, if u wait a year i think u can appeal and then u can get ur acc back i think it says : ur punishment has bin long enough or something like that read that on forums :P

mine iron ores in alkaharid mines maybe after 1 hour u ca get around 50k if u dont like mining u could try rc i sugest u run airs in w 13(or 16 i dont remmeber) these gives no exp but u can get an:OPEN 2k + ess back so if u do like 30 of them in an hour u will get 60k
