I agree with badlilmonkey. Whoopdee doo! Runescape has to be one of the msot boring games in game history. But also the msot addictive. Why, i have no idea. The graphics are bad, the gameplay is bad, the speed is bad, the storyline and quests are bad, yet, we all still play it. Where me, i can't be assed with it anymore... 15 Years old and bored with it. Played it for 2 years and bored with it. Eventually Runescape will go offline, and everyone will find a betetr game to play. maybe something with better graphics and betetr gameplay. Who ever flames this is just pathetic, because you all know its true. Facts are facts... Another point. The new skills are pointless. I mean, HUNTER?? What the hell si that about. Isn't hunting killing wild animals, *Cough* Combat *Cough*. And yet, you don't get combat experience from it. Farming is just a waste, takes like half an hour to get 10xp from a potato. Construction was a poor attempt to get rid of all the money in the game. And the only good monster in the slayer skill is the Abby demon, which you need to get 85 for. GOOD LUCK! Jagex has brainwashed so many people, then i thought to myself that i should make real money and use my real skills to have a life. Sitting on your [wagon] for 6 hpurs a day clicking a MOUSE and possibly typing will just give you cramp and arthiritus due to the clicking. My help? Try to reduce playing Runescape and do something sporty. Like football, which is a million times better than sitting on your [wagon] and bragging about a 40 x 40 pixeleated party hat. Ebay is another thing. People buy pixel stuff with REAL money, stuff that is unbelievable. Just tell me this, would you buy... A] A Santa Hat? B] A Samsung D900!!! Some people may be thinking, what the hell? Thats the price of pixels for ya these days. I wonder how much Zezima gets a week, real money. NOTHING! Because he spends his life on Runescape trying to be the best. His only friends are in-game people and everyone adores him because they are his only friends! I'm finished, and hoping i get some wicked comments!

As everyones post is confusing to ME, i'll do a step by step, ABC, 123 guide. -Find Vial, find fountain, click vial, click fountain, Vial of Water! -Use Herb on water, it go milky! -Use Second Ingrediant on milky water, goes COLOURFUL! -Drink, or sell. Your choice!

For me, Granite mining is for the quest, and quest only now. Mining iron now, so theres no need for me to discuss it now.

I've put all the money making stuff behind. I'm going for a long-term goal that will get great profit. Music + Powerming = Success. I'm almost 80 mining, going for 85. I know rune mining isn't easy, but i know its VERY good money. 11k each ore, ya can't complain. I done hero's quest, so i can access the rune mine (even though its normally taken, or no ore left) and wildy isn't a problem. I think i got like... 100k xp in 3 hours mining at iron on a VERY busy world, no one was at Chasm mine... And how by?

Can we got of the subject that i have a life? All i need is helpful tips, i'm reading all the comments and 3/4 of the post is about life. Though i did seema bit harsh, its just my opinion, now these are the questions i would liek to be answered:- :::For Ranging::: -Iron knives or iron arrows? -Monster? -How long? -Drops? -Possibility of clue? (Clue 1 or 2, NOT 3) I'm not much bothered of gaining money ATM, id rather gain a skill that i enjoy, which someone said, and make money through that. As in, kill big monsters ranging. I would also like to complete Monkey Madness, which is hard for me. ANOTHER QUESTION!!! Prayer is another skill i would like to get up, but don't know the best way, i don't do Ectophial (sp?), as i havn't done the quest thingy, and never been to Port Phatrys (sp?) So does anyone know a good way, with ranging, i can gain prayer xp? Thanks, and sorry for my mean comments, i wasn't in the mood.

Me, i want to be like all good players. Having Robin Hood hats, range boots, dragon axe, RICH THINGS. I've never really had enough time, or reason, to continuously work on a skill i enjoy! E.g. Woodcutting. Ranging i find fn, but then i need money to buy the resources, arrows/knives, food possibly. My question! What spends less money and gives more xp? Iron knives or iron arrows. How much are each of these items? I know knives hit fast, but are they worth it? Can i get more xp from iron arrows, despite less money and arrows? These questions i cannot answer because i've never tested, and don't intend to because i don't have the items!

Kill minotaurs (lvl 27 I think) in the Stronghold of Security. They drop lots of iron arrows, and they drop them often. Nice idea, but training with what? I wanna kill them quick, so no armour killing is quite slow. I can't kill them with range, and i have like 1 DDS. I think i'll just use that.

Its not the reason i think Runescape is boring, its the people who think Runescape is LIFE. On-topic: The guy who said getting to 70 ranging, i would LOVE to get to 70 range, but buying the arrows/knives are such a pain for me. I honestly want to get to 70 ranging as its a skill i've always liked, yet hardly trained. Any tips on this?

That's your problem. Your too lazy. If you expect to get real money, expect to really work for it. Unless, or course, you stake. Then you can be as lazy as you want. No offence to anyone who finds this offensive, but... Me, lazy because i don't sit on my bum and play a game for more than 2 hours? I have REAL friends to see, a REAL job to do, and some REAL money to get. So i'm not a no-lifer, probably like you, who just thinks Runescape is REAL. I play it because its addictive, even though i spend more time on the forums than playing the game itself. (These forums, not the offical forums) I play it when i'm bored, but not when i'm busy. I can quit playing it anytime, but id prefer playing RS then going school. I'm not going college, but then again, i won't play RS when i'm 16...

I got 4 noobs working for me. I asked them to mine 1k iron each. And i said i would buY 1k iron for 10k. To them it was the best day of there lives, and it was for me aswell. So, i wasted 40k on 4k iron, yet sold it for 400k on forums. Woop Woop, 360k profit! GREAT MERCHANTING!
