No you don't need a quest to get there just behind the burthope castle is a legde where trolls are u can use protect from range to get to them running past the rock throwers :P hope that helps

also u could fish lobbies at karajama nd bank at draynor this takes a while per trip though

price for silver varies alot but i believe its somewhere between 100-300gp ea

or make a new button on the reports so u can report beggers :twisted:
