  1. I was honestly just planning on going up to her and saying something like: Me: Hey, you're ____ right? Her: Yeah Me: Good to meet you, etc, etc I'm ______ Me: I just wanted to know if you'd like to go out some time? Or is that not good D:?
  2. You don't need to get her alone to ask her out, and you don't want to ask her out yet anyway. She's in your driving class so you have time to talk to her. Do it. There's only 1 day left in the class so I'm kind of running out of time. Also there's not a lot of talking between people during the class.
  3. So I'm in a driving class and there's a really cute girl sitting a few rows in front of me. Once in awhile I'll glance over at her and it seems like she's already looking at me. I really want to ask her out, but I really have no experience doing that and don't know how to get her alone. Help?

I play it quite a bit. Mostly duels, I want to try and get good enough to compete in the Quakecon open tournament next year. I'll add you.

My personal belief is that if you're a musician, and you want to write a biography, then you need to be in a hard-partying band like Guns N Roses or Motley Crue for it to be interesting. I mean in Slash's bio he did so much blow, dope and booze that his heart almost exploded. Now that's an entertaining bio.

I work out with a friend from my football team. Our workout schedules are literally identical, so it works out, and he's a lot bigger than I am, which leads to me working harder to keep up. I mean I can't catch up because he's a lineman and I'm a DB, but it still gets me to workout harder.

You guys in the states start pretty early o.0
  8. For the love of God don't be one of those people who goes on the ETF2L recruitment forums saying your skill level is mid+ to high and that your best class is spy, engy, and pyro, in that order.

I do whatever important homework I have during class to get it out of the way. Or at lunch. Or I just don't do it, but since homework completion isn't part of our grade my teachers don't really care since my average is about 90% (the highest at my school is 93). I study hard for tests though so I don't just breeze through.

HOOOOWWWW?!?! School is what you make of it. If you think, "too much work this sucks i hate school [bleep] it all why can't i just go home" then of course it's going to suck. American high school is NOT that hard, even if you're IB. It shouldn't be hard at all to get your work out of the way and have fun. A typical school day for me in the spring was: Wake up at 6 a.m School from 7:20 am- 2:50pm Track practice 3pm- 5pm Get home, eat and take shower 5:15pm- 6:30pm Figure out what bs i'm gonna write for my essay or speech and procrastinate because I have no desire to start anything 6:30pm-8pm Do homework 8pm-10pm Take break from hw 10pm-10:30pm Finish hw 10:30-11:30 Fall asleep 12am Repeat I hated it. That sucks pretty hard. My day during the fall was: Wake up at 7:30. Leave at 8. School 8:30-2:30. Football 2:30-5:30. Homework/dinner 6-7. Free time 7-10. Shower 10-10:30. Sleep 11.
  11. Remember that I used to play this game on a competitive level. No team in their right mind runs a pyro other than in very specific situations. Do you wonder why? It's because a pyro isn't very useful and is easily countered.
  12. Wasnt on the server I was on last night. my god, and they wondered why we lost? 10 people: 6 Engis, 3 Spies and a Pyro (me) You had a pyro on your team. There's your problem. Yeah, note the pyro, and not the utter lack of medics or actual classes that pose a threat. And good pyros can be a menace if played right, mainly those that utilize the airblast. Oh please, don't give me the pyro speech. Pyros are almost useless assuming the other team aren't total idiots. The range they can fight at makes them one of the easiest classes in the game to kill.

  14. I think squats are my favorite and least favorite exercise at the same time. On one hand, it's a really tough exercise and it makes your legs much stronger. On the other hand, they make me feel like I'm gonna puke once I get to 8-10 reps of a set.
  15. I've been working out four days a week since January. I like having the free time that summer gives, lets me stay in the gym for longer. The gym has become the only entertaining part of my life since I broke my leg, so I've been spending a lot of time there lately.

Whenever I workout, unless it's the first week of a new program or something, my body is never sore the next day. I've always guessed that it's just my muscles adapting to the workout plan I've created. I've always heard that you don't want to let your body adapt to anything because then it slows your progress down. How do I shock my body so that my muscles don't adapt to what I'm doing?
  18. Alright that's just cruel.
  19. WHERE. Edit: Wait I think I found it. Edit2: Dammit, every time I click on that thread the link is dead.

Started rehab on my leg. It's soul crushing boredom... the amount of reps i have to do for each exercise is insane.
  21. Quake for sure. Quake 3 multiplayer is one of my all time favorite games.
  22. [hide=Brooklyn Decker][/hide] Yum.

I only own two pairs of shoes, my football cleats and my running shoes. I've never really seen a point in owning anything else other than running shoes. Other than my cleats of course. Love these things
