Here's my view on this: He's right for the most part: who cares about a new plasma screen tv when you don"t have ammo? America always brags to Canada about their army. So what? If all you do is try to make peace, build, and never shoot, then what's the point of having a military? Might as well call back the troops and send some builders over there. :-w America easily has enough firepower stored to take down the corrupt parts of Iraq. Some soldiers will die in the fight, but they'll also die if they just stand around, do nothing, wait to get shot at, and if the target doesn't run away, shoot back. Too many lives have been lost already. You have two options the way I see it: 1) Pull the troops out. This is a gigantic waste of the lives, ammo, and other costs that have been spent. 2) Fight. Take down the terrorists. Use that army you keep bragging about. Apparently, the soldiers are itching to end this thing, even if it costs them dearly. People only sleep peacefully because the army are there ready to defend their nation. So go on, get defending! Don't just stand around and take this!

I have a bath maybe once every 6 months. Showers are just plain easier. And when I see stuff floating around the bath, it makes me wanna puke. The only time I take a bath is when I've done the splits one too many times in hockey (goalie) and I tear a muscle.

I've seen and read a bit of a bible over 100 years old. The only difference that I spotted was the use of language like 'thy'. I understood that the current Bible was a direct translation (or as close as possible) from the original. Yes, there are new versions that make the reading a bit easier on the eyes.... wait a minute. If you've read a Bible over 100 years old, how could the new testament have been finished in the 90's?

cam.org link makes no sense. How does it make sense that the ENTIRE new testament was started in the 60's? How would we have records of things back then? For the record, I'm 99% sure that they had a full Bible before the 60's. Just use common sense. That link doesn't actually provide any evidence that those dates are "good estimates"

This thread is going in circles. One side approves a theory, the other disapproves it, the other side counters it, so on and so forth.

Geez, if you people want to see how reliable the Bible is, go get the book by Lee Strobal called Case for Christ, it was written by an athiest (sp?) who went to Yale law school. And for those of you still clinging to the outdated theory of evolution, scientists have proved so many of its points to be false or have million-to-one-odds of happening that it's been proven false.

The world is not more messed up than it normally was. It's always been a mess since humans inhabitted it. We screw things up, it's just human nature. Human nature is very, very flawed. Greed, violence, and bias are all part of human nature. And when these things aren't kept in check, bad things happen. The war is Iraq is nothing compared to WWII. Sure, the weapons might be better, and more destructive, but the war in Iraq isn't even close to what the Nazis did and what measures had to be taken to take them down. If you don't know how brutal the Nazis were, go on wikipedia.org and search "Holocaust." Do you know what one of the main Nazi goals was? Finding the most effecient way to kill Jews. That is disgusting. The world is better off right now than it was a while ago, excluding the global warming thing and the fact that we will soon run out of natural resources.

It's low, it's dirty, it makes the game boringer. But as low as you may think it is, it's legal, and it helps you win. There are strategies that you need to use to effectively hold the flag. A level 99 mage with ahrims wouldn't last more than 5 minutes just running all over the map with the flag. I honestly don't give a crap about how low and stupid people think it is. It's a strategy, it helps you win, it's legal, and it adds another layer of strategy to cw. EDIT: If you want an unstoppable castle wars force, here's a squad for ya: 3-5 70+ rangers with Karils 5 ancient mages with ice barrage in Ahrims 4-5 Warriors with various melee barrow armours That'd be SO hard to get together, but imagine the slaughter they'd cause? It'd be an easy 6 tickets an hour, if they used great strategy

My name is jj r0x 2. I've been playing for about 6-7 months and decided to start my 3rd blog. My others kinda died off.... I lost interest. But I will keep this one up to date! Stats: I won't post a bank because my best item is full rune... I keep getting cleaned in stupid attempts to pk solo at mage bank..... damn those strength pures. Now on to the main blog. I've always wanted money. I can never get it, with my stats, although I've had 1m before, I shortly blew that on 52 prayer. I'm aiming for the following: Whip 50 construction 44 rc Starting this off with 10k, and 5 ranarr seeds, I'll grow ranarrs. I want about 3m. My goal right now is to get to 100 ranarr seeds, then farm those. I can farm an average of 16 seeds per day. 1 round before school, 2 rounds during my time at night, and 1 round while I sleep. I will also kill green dragons and/or do random things such as fletch. Money pics: BLANK. Nothing yet. Other goals 70 range 55 slayer 70 attack, defence, and strength 60-70 mage 44 rc Yup, gearing up for barrows runs :P Levels: NONE

The only thing I hate about paintball is when there's like 5 guys left on your team, and you all hide by the same obstacle. The other team concentrates all fire on the obstacle. You press up against wall, while paintballs pepper the ground and whiz over your head. Your only option is to take potshots and hope they don't hit your gun. Then, sacrificing yourself for your team, you run right into the middle of the area and peg as many people as you can, before you're taken down. The rest of your team has taken up superior firing positions compared to the other team, and quickly wipe them out. Hmm, maybe that isn't that bad :-k

That's where I first played! I loved the courses there.

Oh yeah, thanks for reminding me of that program. It's great for green screens. I can green screen in iMovie. And yes, Final Cut Pro is the top-notch program for movie editing. With the amount of cash that the Adobe product costed, you could buy a Macbook for $1000 less and still get iMovie.

Like they said after it happened to me, its doubtful(Though possible) that it will happen twice in one lifetime. I've heard it's actually pretty likely. I've read statistically there's a 50% chance of it reoccurring, and my doctor said about 40%. I wasn't too happy that a lady who was X-raying me (for like a 15th time over the week) asked me if I'd had one before, I said no, and she confidently said I'd be back. :s @LP - Yeah, that does sound absolutely terrifying. Now I'm somewhat nervous about flying. They did tell me there's a risk with flying (which I do yearly), as well as that I could never for the rest of my life scuba dive. :( Geez, nurses these days. That's worse bedside manner than Dr.House!

Wimps.... -20 is regular weather for a Toronto January... I never miss school for it ( except for that one -40 with windchill day, your eyeballs would freeze solid if you went outside.

Barricade myself in my house with a Molotov Cocktail and an M1 garand to remake Night of the Living Dead. Run to the gun shop after ammo runs out, grab a 9mm and more shotgun ammo. Drive to an army bunker, grab a Jeep and a rocket launcher. BOOM! Or for a more fun way, grab a frying pan and katana, heat up the frying pan, grill a zombies face, then slice 'n' dice with the katana.

I got today off as "mid-winter break" anyway, and I'll also get Tuesday and possibly Wednesday, because I can't get home because of snow squalls from my cottage. So it's my own personal snow day :P
