To check the weakness, you need to attack them or click the little arrow -> on the top left of ability bar then click on the monster with the weird cursor that appears. Then open up the crossed sword tab(where you would previously check your combat, change attack style and use special attacks) and look at the icon in the top right corner. That's the monsters weakness. ^ just in case :) Protective prayers now indeed protect only 50% of the damage indeed, but most of the monster don't hit that good plus you have much more HP with better armor. 1. Yes, Turmoil, Anguish and Torment are now working better(than in beta) and give a significant boost. 2. Yes. 3. Some tasks are faster exp and some are just bugged/unchanged and low. 4. Can't help you with that. Everything has changed though. 5. Zaryte, Crystal bow both became very good. Cls is now actually useful. Barrows and GWD armors are now the same tier(same bonuses) but Barrows repair prices have been increased. Magic is now a great combat style so mage gear(especially virtus) is going up in price. Glacor boots are now top tier boots. Ganodermic is 2nd best tier mage armor(after virtus) but it doesn't have the same uses as before - can't use it for meleeing Corp or other things where magic soak was needed. 6. Yes, they're currently the top tier weapons. Upcoming Player owned Ports update is supposedly bringing even better gear though.

Just use the armor of the combat style you're using. In the case of hellhounds - melee, so steadfasts. (Armor is not important enough to outweight the loss of accuracy that comes with using gear of different style)

Sara sword is crush and its price is around 1.7-1.8m right now. Not sure if it's stable or going slightly up.

Well, top 5 you can use would be... Crossbow: (not in particular order, but for at the moment you're best off with rune cbow+offhand) - Dragon crossbow + offhand - Rune crossbow + offhand - 2h dragon crossbow - Armadyl crossbow - 2h rune crossbow Bow: - Crystal bow(you should use it if you can get) - actually just use crystal bow

Howmuch gp/h is full ganodermic upkeep at the moment? Subjugation robes are at level 70 and undegradable. For bossing you might need a shield so chaotics are your best bet. DFS is a decent alternative since you can switch between classes(furnace at kuradal). Armadyl buckler, Bandos warshield and Subjugation ward have better stats than DFS i believe. For arrow ranging use Zaryte or Crystal bow.

[/hide]Did they greatly increase glacor drops? I've been hearing from tons of friends getting them as well as every page on this thread having glacor drops. I'm not sure if they've increased the droprate since i haven't killed many in EoC but i was due to get some boots as i've been dry for quite a while.

Total loss was 55m, 250k tokens, 205k MA tokens and the will to kill zilya. After some raging i've decided to go try out some Glacors where i met Equenox ;) Took some time to get used to this and i'm still a bit slow but i'm getting there.

This is my setup I usually get knocked down to 5-6k hp and around 600 prayer. Everytime you switch style, start with a treshold ability, then spam basics until akrisae switches prayer(unless treshold fails, then do another one :P).

Start off with Akrisae for full prayer. Pray mage. Dual chaotic crossbow to dual rapier switch works quite well for me. Spam abilities(quickswitch the ability bar with shift+number). Using no more food for akrisae. What he hits i soul split off verac/dharok...

What would be better for pure dps, a staff or wand+book? If i understand this right, wand+book should be equal to the staff of the same tier, so i should be using chaotic staff because i can't afford virtus wand&book? And how good in comparison would be ahrims?

Tried steel titan earlier and its hits were so bad that it's definitely not worth it. Maybe replace gano legs with bandos tassets, ranger can still hit a fair share of damage.

It's really rare solo, better get some friends to help you hunt for it. 5:5 c6 small. And yes, floors 15-17.

If you're not tanking, i guess you can use extremes instead of overloads, but you will have to re-pot everytime you brew and you won't be as efficient as with overloads(max boost all the time, except if just brewed). If i were you i'd make some overloads ;) They're well worth the cost.

I suggest going duo as you will last MUCH longer than you will last solo. Get someone with better gear to tank(bandos+cks or something) while you take your best str gear with defender. Both take yak with 2:1(maybe 3:1) brew/rest. Take 5 ovl flasks + 5 prayer renewal flasks, a couple anti++, borrow claws, use dreadnips. Just let the other guy stand between you and the Kril spawn, wait until he attacks then go. Kills will be much faster and after using up all overloads you should still have some supplies in yak. Share food drops with tanker if he needs. I've done that with a friend(i tanked) and it was much more efficient and more enjoyable than soloing.

So howmany adamant bars or howmuch money are we talking about here if using ingots I or ingots II? I'm thinking about getting 440% as well, but i'm not sure i want to spend that much money for something i don't need.
