Just in case someone still watches this, i'm copying my post from ftb forums: Hello! I've made a FTB Unleashed 1.1.6 server for me and my friends to play on but we've encountered a problem - my friend is unable to connect to the server. - He has the correct modpack version and correct mods disabled- I have forwarded the port(25565) to my ipv4 address(checked on 3 different sites, they all say it's open)- my IP is static(set through ipv4 properties)- I've given him the external IP- he has original minecraft so online mode is not an issue- I've allowed the port and java[Caution: Executable File] in the firewall, both outbound and inbound (can't allow ftbserver because it's .jar)- the "server_ip" in server.properties is empty - has no ip written there I can connect to the server and play normally. Also, when i open the serverstart.bat, it doesn't open the usual "minecraft server" window you get if you run ftbserver.jar. Only the cmd. PS: i've checked a lot of different topics and tried many different things, nothing seemed to work. Hope you can help me with this. Many thanks in advance!gago

Like aiel said, you should really just buy a bond or two and exchange them for membership. F2P training is very inefficient and you will save time and money if you get membership. QBD is easy money at your levels, if you don't know how to kill her just watch some guides and keep on trying, that worked for me ;) Good luck!

So chaotic staff is better than t70 wand+book in any case and t80 book+wand are better than chaotic staff? I've also heard i should get main hand Mace and off hand Rapier because off hand mace is bad. True? Should i use chaotic claws or something else(i have all chaotics btw) before i get drygores? Oh and are overloads still worth using pretty much everywhere?

I played while i enjoyed it. RS was a special game, something different and it entertained me for 10 years. It was fun. Until the EoC came(and probably partly because i maxed) which ruined the game in my eyes and i don't enjoy it anymore ;)

Not that i'm trying to diss, but RS is moving further and further away from the game i've once loved and seeing what they're planning to do i'm considering quitting it for good.

I've done that and it was in the standard voyages.

If you have the lumbridge ring, it's faster and i think closer to it as well. Named my ships "The Green Serenity" and "Enterprise" ;p Only 6 voyages per 8 hours though? =(

Stats worse than a regular whip, doesn't look that good, can't be reclaimed from diango after destroying. Someone said it's 5m if you decide to exchange for money, should've done that.

I take my mage gear(Subjugation robes + all other mage boosters) with Chaotic staff. All 4 elemental runes. Bandos chest and tassets with dual rapiers. Armadyl chest and skirt with royal crossbow and crystal bow(optional to take both). Ardougne cloak 4/Comp cape to teleport to altar + Drakans medallion. Overload, a pray pot, some food just in case. Weaknesses: Dharok - fire spells Guthan - air spells Torag - earth spells Verac - water spells Akrisae - bolts Ahrim - arrows Karil - stab I start with Akrisae, switching between range with bolts and mage(any surge). I try to stun him with Binding shot or Impact so he cannot melee me. Everytime he changes prayer, change your gear and start off with a treshold ability and continue with basic until he switches again. Soul split also helps. The rest are pretty straightforward, killing them with what they are weak to. Use abilties to speed through, though it's still not as fast as it was pre-EoC.

All the staves are now 2h weapons. Instead of staves you can now wield wands with a shield. Try buying a grifolic wand, it shouldn't be too expensive right now.

But is void mage better than ahrims or subjugation robes for bossing. Or is the defence now so low that it shouldn't even be considered?

Got all 4 journals in less than 25 kills(actually exactly 25 kills). She's fun to kill, but no real motivation left now :s I was really hoping i'd have to defeat her at least 100 times for all journals. Full armadyl, crystal bow, steel titan. Approx. 5min kills. Insane duo trip to Sara gwd :) She got another Crossbow and a Hiss. 3 shards in total as well :D Everything ended up being 69M, 35m to her and 34m to me :)

A week into the EoC, is it now clear - is void mage gear worth using and where? (And if it's only worth using over certain types of armor, which ones) Thanks in advance!

There might be some early guides on Youtube but nothing major yet i guess. Things might still change anyways. The key is in the abilities ;)

I suggest you to get some cheap gear, go do some slayer or other combat to get a little bit of money and get used to the new combat and abilities, then do RotM and start killing Glacors ;)

O really? o.O So no accuracy is lost if i'm meleeing in bandos tassets& body with arma helm, spellcaster gloves and ragefire boots? None at all?
